The training lasts 2 to 3 days and is divided into the following parts:
• Theory
• Breathing technique
• Static apnea 90''
• Dynamic apnea 25m
• Diving with free weights 10m
• Dealing with a hypoxic incident
• Dealing with LMC
The courses are held in:
• Private swimming pool in our premises
• Olympic size swimming pool
• Open sea from shore
• Open sea from the boat
Includes: PADI Freediver Touch manual, use of equipment during lessons, use of boat, use of pool, PADI Certification, DAN diver safety.

If you are already a certified PADI Freediver take the next step in your training with the PADI Advanced Freediver.

• Diving with free weights 20m
• Rescue techniques

If you are an Advanced Freediver and want to reach the elite of freediving, then the PADI Master Freediver is for you.The training lasts 4 to 5 days and is divided into the following parts:

Conditions of participation:
To participate in the program, you must already have the PADI Master Freediver certification or equivalent, as well as the EFR Instructor.
If you are starting your freediving journey now, we offer you the ZERO to HERO program, where from scratch WITH NO EXPERIENCE, we train you correctly, methodically, comprehensively and safely to become the best teacher for your students.
If you are already a PADI scuba diving instructor you can participate in the program with only the Freediver & Advanced Freediver certifications. In this way you will develop as an instructor, upgrade your diving center to a PADI Freediver Center, develop your facilities and expand your clientele.
If you are a freediving instructor of another organization, now is your chance to become certified as a PADI Freediver Instructor and benefit from everything that PADI has to offer.

Schedule
• The Zero to Hero program lasts 10-14 days
• Crossover from another organisation takes from 4 hours to 2 days
• The PADI Freediver Instructor course lasts 4-6 days and instruction will be in English and Greek.
